Louisiana Men's Basketball Signs Brandon Hardy

LAFAYETTE – Zachary High School product Brandon Hardy has signed with the Louisiana men's basketball team, head coach Bob Marlin announced on Thursday, April 13.  Hardy won a pair of state titles and was a 2022 candidate for the Louisiana Gatorade Player of the Year while at Zachary.  

Hardy, a 6-3 guard, scored 2,079 points in his high school career and was the 2021 5A State Championship MVP.  He made first team All-State in 2022 and was an honorable mention in 2021.  Hardy is also a three-time All-District selection and two-time All-Metro player.

"Brandon is a proven winner who can defend, rebound, and score the ball," said Marlin.  "We're excited to see his skill set and energy on the court next year."
